• Coordinate with the management team for planning and execution of projects and events.

• Monitor digital marketing, social media presence, and public relations.

• Represent the organization during official meetings, collaborations, and business negotiations when authorized.

• Ensure that all marketing and management activities align with the organization's vision, policies, and ethical standards.

Rights & Legal Powers

As Director of Marketing & Management, Kangkan Jyoti Barman is authorized to:

• Exercise decision-making authority over marketing and promotional activities within the scope of organizational policies.

• Approve marketing campaigns, branding materials, and publicity strategies.

• Lead discussions with sponsors, collaborators, and media partners on behalf of the organization, subject to approval where required.

• Recommend appointments, recruit volunteers or marketing personnel, and assign departmental responsibilities in consultation with senior management.

• Access organizational marketing resources, documents, and records necessary for official duties.

• Represent Bluebird Vision and Luittlove S1 at official events, meetings, seminars, and promotional programs with organizational authorization.

• Submit policy recommendations and strategic proposals to the Executive Board.

• Sign internal departmental communications, reports, and marketing documents within the authority delegated by the organization.

Authority Limitations

The Director shall:

• Work in accordance with the Constitution, Rules, and Policies of Bluebird Vision and Luittlove S1.

• Obtain approval from the Founder/Managing Director/President (or other designated authority) for major financial commitments, legal agreements, or contracts beyond delegated authority.

• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and uphold the organization's reputation at all times.

• Remain accountable to the Executive Board for departmental performance and compliance.

Effective Date

This appointment became effective on 31st March 2026 and shall remain valid until modified, renewed, or terminated by the competent authority of Bluebird Vision in accordance with the organization's rules and regulations.
