• Final casting decisions may be made according to creative, production, commercial, scheduling, or other legitimate considerations.

• Bluebird Vision may modify the selection process where reasonably necessary.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, decisions of the authorised selection or production team will be considered final for the relevant project.

6. Portfolios and Creative Submissions

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit such material.

Submission of creative material does not automatically transfer ownership of that material to Bluebird Vision.
